Reverse Adoption of Spirts

I happen to be on CH and I saw their post about this. I am very curious and interested about this process. Basically for those who may not know, they are talking about the spirits picking us instead of us picking the spirit. 

Does Luke offer this service, too? Has anyone receive this service before?
